All products ship from our warehouse in Southern California.

Your awesome order from PopFever will ship in 2 – 3 business days. If you have any questions about the progress of your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How much is shipping?
Within the U.S. we offer several shipping options. Shipping rates vary depending on the weight and amount of products being ordered. To get an accurate price quote for shipping, please add the items you want to your cart and proceed to check out, then select your shipping destination country from our drop-down menu.
Is PopFever a secure site?
How should I wash my PopFever product?
Turn your awesome PopFever product inside out. Use cold water only, and laundry detergent without bleach. Dry on low under normal settings. Expect about 5-7% (about a half a shirt size) shrinkage after a normal wash for our cotton shirts. Wash colors separately from whites, especially on the first wash. Over time, you may experience slight fading on the graphic as your shirt naturally weathers with numerous washings.
Why does my PopFever product smell like vinegar?
The direct to garment printing process can sometimes leave a vinegar-like smell on the printed item. Not to worry! The smell should go away naturally, but if it persists you can flip the shirt inside out and wash it on cold, dry on low.

How do I return my order?
For any reason, you may return your order to PopFever within 30 days of the purchase date by visiting the returns page. Please review the terms and conditions on our returns page for additional information about returning goods. Depending on the reason for return you may be responsible for shipping and handling charges.
How do I exchange my order?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange goods, we ask that you simply place a new order for the replacement goods and visit the returns page within 30 days of your original purchase to return the goods you would like to return.
How do I cancel or change my order?
As soon as you place your order we begin processing it. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel orders. Please visit the returns page to initiate a return if you wish to return goods. The terms and conditions for returns will apply.
I did not receive all the goods I ordered or received the wrong goods.

All products we carry and sell are “first quality” and free of major defects.

How do I return defective goods?
You may return your order to PopFever within 72 hours of receiving the order if they are defective. You will receive replacement goods via the same shipping service you chose during check out. Please report claims using the returns page.

Clothing Shop Online currently accepts PayPal. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not ship COD.
